Important News and Information
	General: Overall Project is 60 percent complete. The expansion is expected to receive substantial completion in April 2007 and overall project completion is now set for April 2008.
	Site Work: Continuing with removal of excess soil. Portions of the main entrance road have received base pavement. Work on Chain Bridge Road (Route 123) is expected to begin next month.
	Lower Level: Mechanical, electrical, plumbing rough-ins continue. Duct testing continues. Insulation is starting. Air Handler testing has begun. First Floor: Stair installation is in process with five of the six stairs complete. Mechanical, electrical, plumbing work is in process. Exterior brick veneer and precast is in process. Perimeter framing has started. Window installation has begun. Stucco in the courtyard has started. Front entrance tube steel and canopy have been installed. Second Floor: Door frames, metal stud walls and bulkheads are continuing. Overhead mechanical, electrical, plumbing rough-ins work continue. Brick veneer and precast installation is on going.	Third Floor: Door frames, metal stud walls and bulkheads are continuing. Overhead mechanical, electrical, plumbing rough-ins continue. Brick veneer and precast installation is on going. Fourth Floor: Mechanical, electrical, plumbing rough-in work continue. Curbs, air handling unit pads and screen wall structure are in place. Air handling units three and 11 have been set. Standing Seam roofing at the courtroom pop-ups is nearing completion. Exterior masonry is complete. Roofing work has resumed. Fifth Floor: Mechanical, electrical, plumbing rough-in work continue. White brick installation is complete. Stud walls have started. Roof Level: Work is ongoing in the elevator machine rooms.
