Important News and Information
	General: Overall Project is 61 percent complete. The expansion is expected to receive substantial completion in April 2007 and overall project completion is expected in April 2008. Site Work: Removal of excess soil continues. Portions of the main entrance road have received base pavement. Work on Route 123 is expected to begin next month.
	Lower Level: Mechanical, electrical, plumbing work continues. Access flooring installation in the Data/Telecom Room has started. First Floor: Stair installation is in process with five of the six stairs complete. Mechanical, electrical, plumbing work is in progress. Exterior brick at the columns is underway. Perimeter framing has started. Window installation is underway. Stucco in the courtyard is ongoing. Front entrance tube steel and canopy have been installed. Elevators are being finalized. Second Floor: Door frames, metal stud walls and bulkheads are being finished. Overhead mechanical, electrical, plumbing rough-ins continue. Brick veneer and precast installation is ongoing. Close-in of toilet rooms is in progress.	Third Floor: Door frames, metal stud walls and bulkheads are continuing. Overhead mechanical, electrical, plumbing rough-ins continue. Brick veneer and precast installation is ongoing. Electric risers to the third floor have been energized. Fourth Floor: Overhead mechanical, electrical, plumbing rough-ins continue. Curbs, air handling unit pads and screen wall structure are in place. Roofing work has resumed. Fifth Floor: Overhead mechanical, electrical, plumbing rough-ins continue. Stud walls have been started. Roof Level: Work is ongoing in the elevator machine rooms.
