Important News and Information
	General: Overall Project is 62 percent complete. The expansion is expected to receive substantial completion in April 2007 and overall project completion is expected in April 2008. Work in the south penthouse of the Jennings Building has begun with the removal and replacement of four air handling units. Site Work: Roadwork on Judicial Drive and Chain Bridge Road is underway. Sanitary Sewer work on Main Street is ready to start. Exterior Work: Arches at the southeast arcade have started. Precast setting continue. Caulking and window installation continue. Courtyard stucco is ongoing.
	Lower Level: Boiler startup occurred. All boilers will be up and running within one month. Access flooring installed in the Data/Telecom Room. First Floor: All six stairs are complete. Temperature and humidity is being monitored in the large traffic courtroom. Elevator #7 is operational and in use. Second Floor: Wall close-in is underway. Primer painting has begun. Ceiling grid placement has begun.	Third Floor: Overhead mechanical, electrical, plumbing rough-ins continue. Stud walls are underway. Fourth Floor: Overhead mechanical, electrical, plumbing rough-ins continue. Stud walls are underway. Standing seam roofing is nearing completion. Roofing work is nearly complete. Fifth Floor: Overhead mechanical, electrical, plumbing rough-ins continue. Stud walls are underway.
