Important News and Information
	General: Overall project is 63 percent complete. The expansion is expected to receive substantial completion in August 2007 and overall project completion is expected in April 2008. Work in the south penthouse of the Jennings Building is ongoing. The four air handlers have been replaced and nearing completion to come back online. Site Work: Roadwork on Judicial Drive and Chain Bridge Road is ongoing. Utility work lined up for early February. Sanitary sewer work on Main Street is ongoing. Line across Main Street is complete. Exterior Work: First set of arches at the southeast arcade are complete. The middle section is underway. Window and storefront installation are ongoing. Courtyard stucco is ongoing. Courtyard grading, walkways, lights and irrigation system are in process as weather permits. Two air handlers are up and running.
	Lower Level: Boiler startup occurred. All boilers are ready to operate. Finish installation is ongoing in the Telecom/Data Room. First Floor: All six stairs are complete. Temperature and humidity is being monitored in the large traffic courtroom. Finish paint is ongoing in the traffic courtroom. Elevator #7 is operational and in use. Hydro test in lobby is complete. Second Floor: Ceiling grid and light ficture installation is ongoing. Tile in bathrooms is nearly complete. Finish paint has started.	Third Floor: Overhead mechanical, electrical, plumbing rough-ins continue. Stud walls are underway. Fourth Floor: Overhead mechanical, electrical, plumbing rough-ins continue. Stud walls are underway. Fifth Floor: Overhead mechanical, electrical, plumbing rough-ins continue. Stud walls are underway.
