Progress Photos - March 2007

Important News and Information
	General: Overall Project is 68 percent complete. The expansion is expected to receive substantial completion in August 2007 and overall project completion is expected in April 2008.
	Jennings Building: Work in the south penthouse is nearly complete. Work has started in the west penthouse. Asbestos abatement is ongoing. Electrical riser installation is getting ready to start.
	Site Work: Roadwork on Judicial Drive and Chain Bridge Road is ongoing. Gas lights and serpentine wall are in progress. Sanitary sewer work on Main Street is nearly complete.	Exterior Work: East arcade arches are complete. Window and storefront installation is ongoing. Courtyard stucco is complete. Courtyard grading, walkways, lights and irrigation system is in progress.
	Lower Level: Boiler startup occurred and air handling units are operational. Finish installation is on-going in the Data/Telecom Room. First Floor: Temperature and humidity is being monitored in the large traffic courtroom. Millwork for the traffic courtroom is installed. Elevator #2 is operational and in use. Second Floor: Criminal courtroom millwork is being installed. Temperature and humidity is being monitored. Ceiling grid and light fixture installation is ongoing. Tile in bathrooms is complete. Finish paint is ongoing. Tile wainscot is nearly complete.	Third Floor: Overhead mechanical, electrical, plumbing rough-ins continue. Stud walls are underway. Tile in bathrooms is nearly complete. Fourth Floor: Overhead mechanical, electrical, plumbing rough-ins continue. Stud walls are underway. Fifth Floor: Overhead mechanical, electrical, plumbing rough-ins continue. Stud walls are underway.
