Overall Project is 76 percent complete.

The expansion is running a few months behind schedule. The
expansion is expected to have a phased completion beginning in
July with the second floor and finishing in late December 2007.
Based on this schedule, it is anticipated that moves into
the expansion could begin in January 2008.

Jennings Building:

Work in the west penthouse is complete.
-
Asbestos abatement is ongoing.
-
Electrical riser installation is underway.

Site Work:

Roadwork on Judicial Drive and Chain Bridge Road is ongoing.

Gas lights and serpentine wall are in progress.
-
Brick sidewalks are in progress.

Serpentine wall is complete.
Lower Level:

Finish installation is ongoing in the Data/Telecom Room.
First Floor:
-
Temperature and humidity is being monitored in the large traffic
courtroom.

Millwork for the traffic courtroom is installed.
-
Spectator seating has been installed.
-
Fabric wall panels have been installed.
-
Drywall partition, electrical and mechanical work is proceeding.
Second Floor:
-
Substantial completion reached on this floor on July 24, 2007.

Exterior Work:

Building masonry is complete.

Window and storefront installation is nearly complete.

Courtyard grading, walkways, lights and irrigation system is in
progress.
Third Floor:
-
Overhead mechanical, electrical, plumbing rough-ins continue.

Stud walls and drywall installation is underway.
-
Tile in bathrooms is complete.
-
Ceiling grid and lights are being installed.
-
Courtroom millwork has been initiated.
-
Wall tile and painting is in process.
Fourth Floor:

Overhead mechanical, electrical, plumbing rough-ins continue.

Stud walls and drywall installation is underway.
Fifth Floor:

Overhead mechanical, electrical, plumbing rough-ins continue.
