Important News and Information
	General: Overall Project is 79 percent complete. The expansion is expected to have a phased completion beginning in July with the second floor and finishing in late December 2007 with an occupancy permit in late January 2008. Based on this schedule, it is anticipated that moves into the expansion could begin in late February or early March 2008.
	Jennings Building: Electrical riser installation is underway.
	Site Work: Roadwork on Judicial Drive and Chain Bridge Road is ongoing. Gas lights are complete. Brick sidewalks in progress. Serpentine wall is complete. Lower Level: Finish installation is ongoing in the Data/Telecom Room. First Floor: Large traffic courtroom is complete. Drywall partition, electrical, and mechanical work is proceeding. Wall tile has started. Painting has started. Ceiling tile and lights are being installed. Second Floor: Substantial Completion reached on this floor on July 24, 2007.	Exterior Work: Building masonry is complete. Window and storefront installation 95 percent complete. Courtyard grading, walkways, lights and irrigation system are in progress. Third Floor: Substantial completion reached on this floor on Sept. 30, 2007. Fourth Floor: Mechanical, electrical, plumbing rough-ins continue. Stud walls and drywall installation is underway. Fifth Floor: Mechanical, electrical, plumbing rough-ins continue. Stud walls and drywall installation is underway.
