Rough Grading Plans


For the purpose of the Modified Processing program, Land Development Services will allow submittal of a Rough Grading Plan showing footing locations concurrently with the submittal of the Site Plan. A copy of the Modified Processing approval letter should be incorporated into or attached to the Rough Grading Plan to help facilitate the processing of that plan and subsequent permit applications. Upon approval, the Rough Grading Plan will allow the issuance of a footing and foundation permit without full Site Plan approval.
