Building Construction:
-
The collaboration, planning, and communication of the McConnell
Public Safety and Transportation Operations Center (MPSTOC)
partners continue, and have resulted in a project that is 92%
complete, on schedule, and within budget.

PSTOC Facility:
-
All interior work is progressing on schedule.
-
Interior walls are complete and painting in progress.
-
On completion of controls and fire alarm wiring the close in
of ceilings will start.
-
Terrazzo and resilient flooring is finished.
-
Carpet has been installed in the offices on the perimeter of
the building.
-
Equipment installation is complete.
-
The major electrical components including the emergency
generators are installed and ready for checkout.
-
The monopole for antennas has been erected.
-
Power and data wiring is nearing completion and termination
is progressing rapidly.
-
The cast in place concrete section of anti-ram perimeter wall
and decorative concrete are in progress.
-
Outdoor work on final site grading, final paving of the
parking lot and landscaping remain to be completed.
Forensics Facility:
-
The building is heated and all interior work is on schedule.
-
Interior walls are complete.
-
Overhead ductwork, piping, and electrical tray and conduit
are nearing completion.
-
Ceiling grids and lighting are being installed.
-
Installation of laboratory casework, equipment, and flooring
is nearing completion.
-
Paving of the service yard and the installation of the
security gate for the vehicle storage area will start next
month.
