Building Construction:

The collaboration, planning, and communication of the McConnell Public Safety and Transportation Operations Center (MPSTOC) partners continue, and have resulted in a project that is 95% complete, on schedule, and within budget.
PSTOC Facility:
- Interior finishes are complete in some areas.
- Close in of ceilings is nearing completion.
- Terrazzo and resilient flooring is finished.
- Carpet has been installed in all areas except the raised access floor areas.
- Systems furniture has been installed in the second level rooms and is in progress on the first level.
- Consoles in the command center will be installed starting in May.
- The electrical system including the emergency generators is installed and being tested.
- Additional panels and circuits for user equipment will be installed in May.
- Start up of the HVAC systems is in progress.
- The monopole for antennas has been erected.
- Landscaping of the courtyard is nearing completion.
Forensics Facility:
- Interior finishes, ceiling tiles, and carpeting are in progress.
- Resilient and epoxy flooring have been completed.
- Installation of millwork, laboratory fixtures, and equipment is nearly complete.
- Paving of the service yard is complete and installation of the security gates is in progress.
- Systems furniture will be installed in May.
