Building Construction:
-
The collaboration, planning, and communication of the McConnell
Public Safety and Transportation Operations Center (MPSTOC)
partners continue, and have resulted in a project that is 96%
complete, on schedule, and within budget. The PSTOC building,
along with the Forensics building, is scheduled to be complete at
the end of July.

PSTOC Facility:
-
The building, the two story connector to the Forensics
building, and the landscaping around the building are nearing
completion.
-
The balance of site work at the entrances and security gates
will be completed in June. Installation of 94 consoles for
the communications center was added to the project.
-
Audio visual, information systems, and communications
equipment rooms have been completed, checked, secured for use
by equipment installation contractors.
-
Completion checks of office areas have started.
-
Systems furniture has been installed on both levels and a
completion list developed.
-
About half of the consoles in the command center are
installed with the balance on schedule to be complete in
early July.

The first permanent power feed was energized in November.
-
The electrical system including the emergency generators is
installed and being tested.
-
Some of the HVAC equipment is operating to control the
building temperature and humidity.
-
Commissioning tasks are in progress.
Forensics Facility:
-
Interior finishes, ceiling tiles, and carpeting are in
progress.

Resilient and epoxy flooring have been completed.
-
Installation of millwork, laboratory fixtures, and equipment
is complete.

Interior finishes are on schedule for completion in July.

Ceiling close in is in progress.
-
Systems furniture has been installed and completion checks
made.
