Construction Progress August - September 2006


Important News and Information

 

Building Construction:

  • Project is anticipated to be completed in Spring/Summer 2008.
  • The preliminary schedule calls for completion of foundation work this fall with construction of the building beginning in Spring 2007.
  • Manhattan Construction Company of Fairfax submitted a low bid of $56,111,000 for the construction, and was awarded the contract in June 2006.
  • Infrastructure work for the West Ox site is 95 percent complete, and the project is on schedule and within the allocated budget.
