Building Construction:
-
The collaboration, planning, and communication of the Public
Safety and Transportation Operations Center (PSTOC) partners
continues, and has resulted in a project that is 60% complete, on
schedule, and within budget.

PSTOC Facility:
-
The building was enclosed adequately during September 2007
for all interior work to continue.
-
Installation of interior masonry walls is complete.
Inspections have started for the close in of interior walls.
-
Sealing of glass in the windows and the lobby glass wall is
in progress.
-
Final sealing and flashing of roofing is also in progress.
-
The two story connector to the Forensics building was also
enclosed during September 2007.
-
Installation of the first permanent power feed is nearly
complete.
-
The main electrical switchgear has been installed and panels
are being installed in the electrical closets.
-
Shipment of the backup power generators and parallel switch
gear is now scheduled for late October 2007.
-
Testing of mechanical ductwork and piping continues.
-
Custom air handlers have been erected.
-
Installation of pumps, chillers, and chiller piping are in
progress.
-
Inspection of plumbing in the restrooms has started.
-
Installation of the elevator has started.
Forensics Facility:
-
The building was closed in ahead of schedule during September
2007.

Interior masonry walls and fireproofing of steel are
complete.
-
Installation of overhead ductwork, piping, and electrical
tray and conduit is in progress.
-
Roofing is nearing completion.
-
Work on the stairs and the elevator are progressing.
-
Work on the enclosed yard and vehicle storage area has
started.
