Building Construction:
-
The collaboration, planning, and communication of the Public
Safety and Transportation Operations Center (PSTOC) partners
continue, and have resulted in a project that is 76% complete, on
schedule, and within budget.

PSTOC Facility:
-
Installation of data and audio/video cabling is expected to
start in November.
-
Sections of the blast resistant windows and curtain wall have
been tested.
-
Interior walls are nearing completion and ceiling grids are
in progress.
-
Installation of removable access floors is complete in some
areas.
-
Mechanical ductwork has been installed and tested.
-
Testing of piping continues. Seismic bracing of overhead
piping and racks is in progress.
-
Nearly all equipment has been set in place.
-
The first permanent power feed was energized in November.
-
The major electrical components are in place and installation
of panels in the electrical closets continues.
-
Installation of conduit, tray, and data cable continues.
-
Plans to fire the first boiler to heat the building are
progressing toward a mid December goal.

Electric power, natural gas, and water service are installed.
-
The anti-ram perimeter wall is in progress and is expected to
be complete this winter.
Forensics Facility:
-
Interior walls are rapidly progressing.
-
Installation of overhead ductwork, piping, and electrical
tray and conduit is complete in some areas.
-
Work on the enclosed service yard and vehicle storage area is
nearing completion.
