Building Construction:
-
The collaboration, planning, and communication of the Public
Safety and Transportation Operations Center (PSTOC) partners
continue, and have resulted in a project that is 82% complete, on
schedule, and within budget.

PSTOC Facility:
-
Interior walls, ceiling grids, and lighting fixtures are in
progress.
-
Terrazzo floor in the main lobby area is ready for finishing.
-
Installation of removable access floors is complete.
-
Mechanical ductwork has been installed and tested.
-
Ceramic tile is complete and plumbing fixtures are being
installed in the restrooms.
-
Seismic bracing of overhead piping and racks is nearing
completion.
-
Fuel oil tanks and cooling towers have been set in place.
-
The major electrical components are in place and installation
of panels in the electrical closets continues.
-
Installation of conduit, tray, and data cable continues.
-
The building has been heated by operating one boiler.
-
The anti-ram perimeter wall is nearly complete.
-
Grading and backfilling around the site continues.
-
The setting of bollards in various locations continues.
-
Obtaining county inspections for close-in is complete.
-
Painting of drywall on the first and second floors continues.

Installation of elevators continues.

Testing and start-up of mechanical equipment continues.
Forensics Facility:
-
Interior walls are rapidly progressing.
-
Installation of overhead ductwork, piping, and electrical
tray and conduit is nearing completion.

Work on the enclosed service yard and vehicle storage area is
nearing completion.

The building is heated.
