Management Category Description

Sugarland and Horsepen watersheds are highly impacted systems in terms of both biological and habitat quality. Intense development is ongoing in both areas, and there remains a great deal of potential for further degradation of stream quality. This entire area is classified as a Watershed Restoration Level II Area.
