Land Conservation Awards Honor Excellence in Environmental Conservation
The 2012
Land Conservation Awards were presented today by the Department of Public Works
and Environmental Services, in cooperation with the Northern Virginia Soil
and Water Conservation District and the
Fairfax Tree Commission, in a ceremony held this morning at the
Fairfax County Government Center.
The awards honor developers, designers, site superintendents and contractors whose projects best demonstrate excellence in erosion and sediment control design and implementation; or a commitment to tree preservation and replacement in Fairfax County.
