Change in Business Hours for Plan and Document Control Counter

Effective March 5, 2007, the Plan and Document Control counter on the 5th Floor and Complaint Intake / Home Improvement Contractors Licenses counters in Code Enforcement on the 3rd Floor of the Herrity Building, will begin opening to the public at 9:15 a.m. on Friday mornings.

The new hours of operation will be as follows:

• Monday-Thursday 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
• Friday 9:15 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

This change in hours is to provide in-service staff training to enhance the quality of customer service and to improve communication and process coordination. The affected counters are located on the third and fifth floors of the Herrity Building, 12055 Government Center Parkway, Fairfax, Virginia.
