CONSERVATION PLAN FOR LAND DISTURBING ACTIVITIES 2,500-5,000 SUARE FEET: Adopted amendments to Chapter 104 (Erosion and
Sedimentation Control), Chapter 112 (Zoning Ordinance), and Appendix Q (Land Development Services Fee Schedule) of the County Code. The
proposed amendments address issues related to requirements for land disturbing activities greater than 2,500 square feet and equal to or
less than 5,000 square feet.
