Design of Public Streets and Sidewalks (Adopted Portion of Amendment to the Public Facilities Manual and Deferred Remainder Indefinitely) One provision of the amendment was adopted to allow road geometrics to conform to Memoranda of Understanding (MOU) between Fairfax County and Virginia Department. These MOU will be established in areas such as Tysons Corner to address context-sensitive situations.
