Both Habitat for Humanity and Rebuild are nonprofit organizations. Proceeds from Habitat for Humanity are used to assist in the construction of houses for people in need. Money raised through Rebuild is used to fund training programs for environmental (green collar) jobs.
Typical new or gently used items that these locations accept and sell include: lighting, doors and windows, kitchen cabinets, bricks, drywall, etc. Inventory is always changing and is based upon the donations that they receive.
