COMMERCIAL CUSTOMER'S DISPOSAL FEES FOR JULY 2007 - JUNE

| Tipping fees vary at county disposal facilities (I-66 Transfer Station Complex, I-95 Landfill Complex, and the Energy Resource Recovery Facility) depending on the material type, amount and the origin of the waste. The following general fees apply to the customers identified: | |

Commercial Cash Customers
(must have a Commercial Cash Permit) Commercial Cash customers do not post a bond with the county and payment is made at the time of disposal using either cash, check or MasterCard/Visa. |

Collection Companies with a Certificate to Operate and
Permitted Disposal Companies
(Permits 56, 57) Permitted collection and disposal companies have a bond with the county and are invoiced monthly for disposal charges. |

*A lower disposal price of $49.95/ton is available to
permitted/bonded companies. If your company wishes to enter into a
contract with the county, please contact Fairfax County at
703-324-5230, TTY 711 for further information regarding
this program. Please note that disposal companies may use any permitted yard waste processing facility to dispose of yard waste. However, county monthly invoices cannot reflect charges from other county or privately run facilities. |

Tire Disposal Companies
Fairfax County currently participates in the Virginia End User Tire Program. Tire disposal rates are as follows: |

| Oversize Tires (Loaders, Tractors, etc.) | $187.50/ton |
| Tires On Rims Are Charged An Additional Fee | $5.00/rim |
| Additional Charge For Dirty, Muddy Tires | $15.00/ton |

To be eligible for the End User Program, tire generators and
disposers must complete a Commonwealth of Virginia Waste Tire
Certification Form (available from the county scale facility
