Why a Watershed Plan?
A watershed management plan initially serves as a tool to identify and address the issues impacting our environment, with the ultimate goal being the protection and restoration of county streams and other water resources. These benefits will help meet Fairfax County's goals for water quality and stream improvements and provide a positive impact on the condition of our watersheds.
