Recommend Staff and Task Force alternative that
deletes the intermediate intensity and recommends a single option
with an intensity for .40 Far with conditions on constructing a
new four lane road prior to any development beyond base of .15
FAR. PC modifications address height near existing residential
and test to minimize light pollution.
