industrial uses at an intensity up to 0.65 FAR with
conditions including: substantial parcel consolidation, an
internal street grid, retail and hotel uses limited to a
maximum of 5 percent of each development proposal, a trip
reduction target, dedication of RPA and EQC acreage, and LEED
Silver or equivalent green buildings certification for office
buildings. |
