includes nomination suggestions to establish campus like
design with greater pedestrian and bicycle connectivity and
access to transit, and opportunities to create additional
useable open space |

parcel 4 developed at 0.5 FAR has been approved by VDOT,
the PC has considered the item with parcel 4 developed at

SEA application that will immediately follow the approval
of the revised APR nomination. |
