BOS Action:

Defer consideration of item by BOS until a TIA analysis of parcel 4 developed at 0.5 FAR has been approved by VDOT, the PC has considered the item with parcel 4 developed at 0.5 FAR. The TIA will also serve as the study to support an SEA application that will immediately follow the approval of the revised APR nomination.
