Fairfax County Board of Zoning Appeals Weekly Agenda

Meeting Agendas 2013

The agendas for the Fairfax County Board of Zoning Appeals are posted to this page approximately 20 days prior to the hearing and are not subsequently updated until after the meeting has taken place. Please contact the clerk's offices at 703-324-1280 to verify whether any changes have occurred after the posting. Weekly meeting agendas are in portable document format (PDF). The Board of Zoning Appeals meets on Wednesday mornings beginning at 9:00 a.m. in the Board Auditorium of the Fairfax County Government Center located at 12000 Government Center Parkway, Fairfax, VA 22035, on the dates listed below. Generally a three-week recess is taken in August/Sepember.  Board of Zoning Appeals meetings are also aired live on the county government's cable TV Channel 16. For information regarding the purchase of videotapes of previous hearings, please contact Channel 16 programming at 703-324-5930. To view the Board of Zoning Appeals action on cases before it select the applicable hearing date.  The BZA's action is indicated in the left side of the case number.  These actions are posted to this page approximately within 7 days after the meeting has taken place.  For more information e-mail or call the Clerk to the Board of Zoning Appeals, at 703-324-1280, TTY 711.
