TextFairfax Forward - Outstanding-Amendments-to-be-Rescinded
A number of Plan amendments, including both Area Plans Review nominations and Board-authorized amendments, have been deferred indefinitely or remain pending, even though work on these items has not occurred for at least two years. Many of these items have been superseded by other amendments, or the amendment is no longer warranted as the issue at hand has been resolved. No additional work is anticipated in the future on these amendments, and they are not listed on the draft work program. Staff recommends that these amendments be rescinded by the Board of Supervisors and/or the Planning Commission.
