Nomination forms are available in Portable Document Format (PDF). Adobe Reader version 6.0 or higher is required to view or print these forms.
* The Individual Property Nomination form has fill-in text boxes for your convenience; however, you must print the form before closing Adobe Reader. Changes made to this form cannot be saved with the Adobe Reader.
Applicants must submit either an Individual Property Nomination Form or a District Nomination Form, with accompanying documentation, to:

The Historic Preservation Planner reviews the application and submits it to the History Commission for a vote at an upcoming meeting. A file for each resource on the Inventory is kept at the Fairfax County Department of Planning and Zoning.
