Technical Memorandum - Use of Existing House Location Plats


The Zoning Administrator has issued a Technical Memorandum which outlines new procedures for the re-use of existing House Location Plats (Plat(s)) in conjunction with obtaining a building permit for construction associated with single family detached dwellings. These new procedures become effective May 2, 2011. Questions regarding this Technical Memorandum may be directed to the Zoning Permit Review Branch at 703-222-1082 or the Ordinance Administration Branch at 703-324-1314.
