Comprehensive Plan recommendations for Laurel Hill can be found in the Area IV volume of the Comprehensive Plan, LP1-Lower Potomac Planning District, Laurel Hill Community Planning Sector. The recommendations for the former Reformatory/Penitentiary site (Adaptive Reuse Area) can be found in Land Unit 3B.
