Reston-Dulles Corridor Special Study

On May 18, 2009, the Board of
Supervisors directed staff to initiate a special study of the Reston –
Dulles Corridor.

This new study is one phase of of the Reston Master Plan.

It will include a review of the 20 Hunter Mill District nominations in
the Dulles Airport Access and Toll Road Corridor that were submitted
during the 2008-09 North County Area Plan Review process and were
deferred by the Planning Commission in September 2008 with a
recommendation that they be part of a special study.

The Reston-Dulles Corrridor will follow the Reston Land Use College.
