Special Planning Study of
Woodburn Center for Community Mental Health and
Inova Fairfax Hospital Campus
Background
On January 7, 2008, the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors authorized a Special Planning Study of the Woodburn Center for Community Mental Health, the adjoining County and INOVA-owned properties, and the INOVA Fairfax Hospital Campus. The Board also directed the Department of Planning and Zoning to coordinate with Supervisor Smyth's office to convene a citizen task force for the study.
