RZ 2010-PR-022 Campus Point Realty Corp.

Request to rezone to the PTC District; CDP only

SAIC The application proposes to redevelop an area currently developed with several office buildings and a hotel.  The three existing SAIC office buildings closest to Route 7 are proposed to remain.  The fourth existing SAIC office building (the Enterprise Building) is proposed to be renovated into a hotel.  The existing hotel at the corner of Westpark and Route 7 will be removed.  An alternative layout is provided for Block C.  A total of 14 buildings (or 13 under the alternative), including the four to remain, are proposed.  Uses and intensities are detailed below.  Please see the statement of justification for additional information. 

Total Site Area:  23.7 acres

Block A:  corner of Westpark and Greensboro
Block B:  existing SAIC Enterprise building and area to south
Block C:  between existing SAIC Enterprise building and Solutions Drive
Block D:  Dittmar property (Westpark and Rt. 7)
Block E:  between Dittmar property and existing SAIC main buildings (inc. parking garage)
Block F:  existing SAIC buildings
