The Best Practices committee conducts Monitoring and Evaluation on behalf of the Council on Homelessness and identifies best practices in programs serving homeless persons in the Fairfax-Falls Church community. The committee also promotes training and implementation of best practices and improvements to the coordination and communication among programs in order to better meet the needs of homeless persons.
