Fairfax-Falls Church homeless service providers use the Homeless Management Information System to enter client, program, and service information on the homeless persons they serve. Fairfax County has contracted with Bowman Internet Systems to utilize their Service Point internet based system. Some providers may also use the system for case management for non-homeless persons. The Homeless Management Information System produces aggregate, non-identifying statistics required for HUD, State, and local reports.
