You cannot request an absentee ballot using an e-mail message. You must complete and sign the absentee ballot application form to receive an absentee ballot by mail. The completed and signed application may be forwarded by mail, fax or as an e-mail attachment.

The Office of The General Registrar is open for business weekdays,
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. and
Thursday, 8:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.
Please note that our office hours are extended prior to elections for voter registration, absentee voting and election officer training. Hours are also extended on candidate campaign finance filing deadline dates.
