National Preparedness Month: Vehicle Emergency Kit
Emergencies can happen at anytime; do you have an emergency kit in your vehicle?
Here’s your daily tip for National Preparedness Month:
An emergency can happen anytime and anywhere. If you are stuck in traffic for an extended period of time and the weather conditions aren’t favorable, will you be able to care for yourself and others in your vehicle?
Some basic items to include in your vehicle emergency kit are blankets, duct tape, first-aid kit, flashlight with batteries, non-perishable food, jumper cables, knife, maps, waterproof matches, rain gear, water, etc.
