AIMS - Resume Builder

Welcome to AIMS, the Fairfax County Applicant Information Management System. AIMS uses a Resume Builder to collect and maintain all information required for you to submit a complete resume to Fairfax County. In addition to collecting resume information, this system will allow you to:

Store and maintain a working copy of your resume for future use.
Apply for multiple jobs using a single resume account.
Check the status of your resume at any time.

AIMS eliminates the reliance on paper and normal office hours to apply for employment with Fairfax County. AIMS is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and on holidays. To get started with this process, select the appropriate option below.
