• Existing Conditions Report- The Existing Conditions Report, published in 2008, provided a basis to analyze whether changes to the Comprehensive Plan were warranted given the relocation of thousands of jobs to Fort Belvoir due to 2005 BRAC actions. Proposed changes to the Comprehensive Plan were reviewed during the 2008 BRAC-related Area Plans Review (APR) process. Eligible areas for review were limited to locations in Fairfax County that will be most affected by decisions related to BRAC. Details of the proposed changes to the Comprehensive Plan are shown on the APR webpage. Several of these proposals were adopted by the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors in January and August of 2009.
