Residential Permit Parking - Replacement Permits
If you have changed the license plate for a vehicle or your current vehicle permit is damaged you can apply online and request a replacement.
- New License Plate: Log in to your account, use the hyperlink for the vehicle, type in the new license plate and [Save]. A request for a new vehicle permit is automatically generated and the Status is set to ‘Applied’. When your permit has been processed and in the mail the status is reset to ‘Currently Active’.
- Damaged Permit: If you need to replace an existing permit that has been damaged, log in to your account, check the box on the appropriate vehicle line and use the [Re-print] button. The status will not change but we will have been notified to send you a replacement. The Re-Print check box is only available for permits that have a status of ‘Currently Active’.
