Residential Permit Parking - Visitor Pass
If your address is eligible, “Address Visitor Pass Eligible” will display on your main screen. If your address is not eligible, “Address Visitor Pass Ineligible” will be displayed. Multifamily and townhouse addresses are not eligible for visitor passes.
For those addresses that are visitor pass eligible, use the [Apply for a Visitor Pass] button and “Visitor Pass Applied” will be displayed on the main screen. When this office processes and mails your request, the display will change to “Visitor Pass Currently Active”. If the button is grayed out, the pass has already been issued to someone at your address. If the holder of that visitor pass has moved out or you need a replacement, you must fill out the Pass Replacement Form and submit it to our office. The previous pass will be deactivated and the police department will be notified to issue a ticket to anyone using the original pass.
It is not necessary to apply for a visitor pass during your renewal cycle.
A visitor pass is to be used by visitors to your home and is to be returned to you when they leave. It is not to be used by individuals residing at your address or loaned to others to use while not visiting your home, such as parking for METRO or attending school. Misuse of a visitor pass can result in confiscation of the pass and a fine of $100.
