  South County Meeting -- Tuesday, January 29th, 7:00 - 8:30 pm, Franconia Governmental Center Community Room (Lee District Offices), 6121 Franconia Road, Alexandria, VA. 22310.
   
  North County Meeting -- Wednesday, January 30th, 7:00 - 8:30 p.m. Location to be announced (it will either be at the Patrick Henry Library or Madison High School)
   
  The purpose of the meetings will be to explain the project and schedule, review the study network and data collection progress, and solicit comments and suggestions from the public.
