The Administrative Support Section consists of an Administrative
Assistant IV, an Administrative Assistant III, a part-time Administrative
Assistant II, and a limited-term Administrative Assistant I.
Section members are responsible for a wide variety of clerical
and administrative duties that assist in meeting the department's
mission. The Section supports the Training Division staff as
well as other Fire and Rescue Department personnel, citizens
and outside agencies.
The audio/visual section supports all training conducted for the Fire and Rescue Department. The A/V library consists of over 4,000 training videos and thousands of training CDs, DVDs, pictures, and manuals. Services provided for the department include a videographer, video editing capabilities, providing loaner equipment, A/V library requests and video duplication.
