Bailey’s Crossroads House Fire

Fairfax County Fire and Rescue Department units responded to a house fire at approximately 12:40 a.m., Friday, November 2, 2007, in the Bailey’s Crossroads area of Fairfax County. The two-story single-family home is located at 3804 Munson Road.

Firefighters encountered heavy fire and smoke from the two-story home. Firefighters brought the fire under control in approximately one hour. The home was under renovation and was vacant at the time of the fire. The home was a total loss. There were no reported injuries.

Damage is estimated at $95,000.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
