Lorton Man Charged in Dumpster Fire

Fairfax County Fire and Rescue Department fire investigators charged Joshua Zemaitis, 18, of Lorton, with intentionally setting a dumpster fire (Virginia Code 18.2-81, a Class 1 Misdemeanor), Wednesday, December 3, 2008. The fire occurred at the Fire Side Grill restaurant in Lorton, Monday, November 10, 2008.

Damage to the dumpster is estimated at approximately $150.00. There were no injuries.

Zemaitis was released on his own recognizance.
