Juvenile Sets Apartment Fire

Fairfax County Fire and Rescue Department fire investigators charged a juvenile with setting fire to an apartment building, May 15, 2010. The apartment is located in the 5100 block of Lincoln Avenue, in the Alexandria area of Fairfax County.

The male juvenile, 14, is charged with burning or destroying a dwelling or house, (Virginia Code 18.2-77).

The lobby of the apartment received about $250 in fire damage. There were no injuries.
