Two Charged With Setting Fire

Fairfax County fire investigators charged Tegee Rogers, 33, Herndon, and Justin Fedorchak, 39, Manassas, with multiple felonies in connection with a fire at 697 Spring Street, Herndon, Saturday, July 24, 2010, at approximately 12:30 a.m..

They are both charged with three felonies, 18.2-85, manufacturing and using an explosive device; 18.2-86, setting a fire capable of spreading; and 18.2-79, burning or destroying a meeting house.  They were also charged with several statewide fire prevention code misdemeanors.

Damage to property is estimated at $200.00.

Both subjects were released on $1,000 bond.
