Man Charged With Setting a Vehicle Fire

Fairfax County Fire and Rescue Department fire investigators charged John Francis Novak, 43, of the 15000 block of Washington Mill Road, King George, Virginia, with intentionally setting a vehicle fire on Tuesday, September 14, 2010.

Novak was charged with the burning or destroying of personal property greater than $200.00 (Virginia Code 18.2-81, Class 4 Felony).
