Two Charged In Dumpster Fires
Fairfax County Fire and Rescue Department fire investigators have charged Carlos Arturo Casero-Ortez, 19, and Hunberto Orellana, 19, 6000 block of Vista Drive, Falls Church, Virginia, with intentionally setting fire to a trash dumpster in the Culmore area of Fairfax County on two separate occasions.
Both individuals have been charged with burning or destroying personal property greater than $200, (Virginia Code 18.2-81), and setting fire capable of spreading fire on land, (Virginia Code 18.2-86).
Damage is estimated at $500. There were no injuries.
